I’ll hop on the bandwagon praising Bill Smith. Cecelia and I selected a plan before we came to Cedar Creek and interviewed almost every builder in the community before settling on Bill Smith and his son, Jarrett. Bill and Jarrett have never failed to get back to us when we call with a question or problem (and problems have been very few), and we have been in our home for three years. We did a lot of traveling back and forth to NY the year our home was being built, and Bill was always in touch with us about the status of the home while we were on the road. We interviewed several of Bill’s earlier clients before we selected him, and they noted that their experience with him (especially since they could not be on site during the build out) was wonderful, and our experience was the same.
